I wasn't able to find a proper migraine tracker that looked the way I wanted and tracked the things I wanted, so I made one for myself and decided to share!

Made with Goodnotes 5 in mind but as it's a PDF it's likely (not guaranteed) to be compatible with other apps.

What it tracks:

• Intensity
• Duration
• Potential triggers
• Presence or absence of aura
• Medication
• Space to describe your pain
• Mood
• Space for other notes

Dark version included for those who might have migraines triggered by dark text on light background or just white pages in general!
